Throughout these Terms, "Numbers Don't Lie," "NDL," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Numbers Don't Lie. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing or using the Services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By making a purchase or entering into a transaction with us, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are acting with appropriate authorization.

When a product, registration, or service concerns a minor, a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult may be required to complete the applicable transaction, consent, release, or registration.

NDL offers products and services that may include editable sports graphics and templates, educational and operational resources, digital products, merchandise, sports-related services, community golf programs, event registrations, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, and other offerings.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update products and Services at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligations associated with completed purchases.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products and Services. Colors, images, dimensions, features, and other representations displayed electronically may vary depending on devices, displays, production methods, and other factors.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, availability, and product offerings at any time before a purchase is completed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

Orders may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing charges, or other disclosed fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue any refund required under applicable law or our applicable refund policy.

4. Digital Products and Editable Templates

Digital products, downloadable resources, editable templates, graphics, educational materials, and similar products are licensed, not sold, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Unless a product listing expressly provides different rights, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for its intended personal, team, school, organization, or business purpose.

You may customize editable products when the product is designed to permit customization.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share editable source files;
• offer an NDL template or digital product as your own template or downloadable product;
• make purchased source files available for public or unauthorized download;
• copy or reproduce our products for competing commercial resale; or
• remove intellectual-property notices for the purpose of misrepresenting ownership.

Additional license terms included with a particular product will control if they conflict with this section.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and original content made available by NDL, including text, graphics, designs, templates, logos, photographs owned by NDL, videos, digital resources, product designs, branding, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Numbers Don't Lie and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NDL intellectual property to you except for rights expressly granted in connection with a specific purchase or written agreement.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, logos, names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User-Provided Content and Materials

If you provide photographs, logos, names, graphics, text, video, or other materials for use in a product or Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide.

Any permission for NDL to publicly use customer-provided photographs, likenesses, testimonials, or other content for promotional purposes will be governed by the applicable consent, release, registration terms, or other authorization.

7. Events and Golf Programs

NDL may offer community events, golf tournaments, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, and related programs.

Event-specific details such as dates, locations, registration deadlines, capacity, tee times, formats, rules, sponsorship benefits, vendor requirements, prizes, contests, and other features are governed by the applicable event listing, registration materials, rules, or written agreement.

Participation in certain events may require acceptance of additional terms, waivers, releases, rules, or acknowledgments during registration.

Event-specific terms supplement these Terms. If an event-specific provision conflicts with these general Terms, the event-specific provision will govern that event to the extent of the conflict.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products may be subject to shipping restrictions, delivery estimates, carrier terms, and shipping charges disclosed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to the transaction.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Certain digital products, customized products, event registrations, sponsorships, vendor purchases, or time-sensitive offerings may have different refund or cancellation conditions because of their nature. If you opt in to email marketing, we may send you promotional emails regarding NDL products, resources, events, registrations, sponsorship opportunities, offers, and other updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the email.

Marketing preferences do not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications that are reasonably necessary to administer your purchase, registration, account, or other transaction.

11. SMS and Text Message Terms

Numbers Don't Lie may offer an SMS marketing program that allows customers who affirmatively opt in to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages.

By affirmatively opting in to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated marketing text messages from Numbers Don't Lie at the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern products, promotions, golf tournaments, events, registrations, sponsorship opportunities, announcements, and other NDL offerings.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms apply to messages sent and received.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to a marketing message when that functionality is supported or by following the opt-out instructions included in the message.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS marketing messages unless you subsequently opt in again.
