  4. Players on the winning Super Bowl team will receive a $107,000 bonus. Players on the losing team will receive $53,000.
  5. According to Forbes, Fans will consume an estimated 1.33 BILLION chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday.
  6. 72 game balls are used during the Super Bowl.
  7. The Bills and Cowboys combined to fumble a record 12 times in Super Bowl XXVII, including Leon Lett’s infamous incident (see below).
  8. The perfect 1972 Dolphins were involved in the lowest scoring Super Bowl when they beat the Redskins 14-7.
  9. The highest scoring Super Bowl was played between the 49ers and Chargers in 1995. The teams combined for 75 points. The Charges scored 26, and the 49ers scored … 49.
  10. The record for the largest crowd for a Super Bowl was set in 1979 when 103,985 fans watched the Steelers upend the Rams at the Rose Bowl.
