2026 Turkey Tap Vendor Space (In-Kind Option)

This option allows approved vendors to participate in the 2026 Turkey Tap Golf Tournament by providing raffle donation item(s) in lieu of the standard vendor fee.

Vendor spaces are located near the tournament registration area and clubhouse activities, providing visibility throughout the event and opportunities to interact directly with participants, spectators, and supporters.

A portion of tournament proceeds supports Wounded Warrior Project and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Vendor Space Includes

In-Kind Donation Requirements

In lieu of the standard vendor fee, vendors may provide one or more approved raffle donation items with a combined retail value of at least $200.

Raffle donations must be approved by tournament organizers prior to acceptance.

A $20 refundable deposit is required to reserve a vendor space under this option.

Deposits will be refunded within 14 days following receipt and verification of approved raffle donation items.

All raffle donation items must be received no later than 14 days prior to the tournament date.

Raffle Donation Guidelines

Tournament organizers reserve the right to approve, decline, bundle, or reclassify raffle donations based on event needs, prize quality, redemption terms, and overall fit. 

Raffle donations are accepted by pre-approval only. Physical items, gift cards, golf-related products, gift baskets, and family-friendly experiences are preferred. Service-based donations, discount-only offers, coupons, consultations, and conditional promotions must be approved in advance and may not qualify as raffle prizes.

Vendor Requirements

Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs, displays, power needs, and promotional materials.

Vendor participation is subject to approval by tournament organizers.
